We aim to dispatch orders in the UK within 2 working days after purchase.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you.
If your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate the issue.
